The Project

Located in the Staffordshire countryside, this luxury retreat combines award-winning spa facilities, lakeside dining, weddings and events. Bettaquip was appointed to refurbish both the main kitchen and basement preparation kitchen, creating a more efficient layout and maximising the available space.

The Result

The refurbishment included a new island cooking suite with an open pass to the restaurant, upgraded refrigeration, enhanced dishwashing facilities, a new extraction system, and hygienic wall and floor finishes throughout.

Completed in just three weeks, the project delivered a modern, high-performance kitchen that has significantly improved workflow, service efficiency and working conditions. The new layout supports increased restaurant and banqueting capacity, while energy-efficient cooking technology helps reduce operating costs and environmental impact.
