The project

We’re delighted to showcase the transformation of the commercial kitchen at Copdock Hall, a stunning wedding venue and vineyard. This project was completed in two phases, ensuring minimal disruption during the busy festive season.

Phase I introduced a brand-new Combi Oven and Fryer, enhancing efficiency for events leading up to Christmas. In January 2025, Phase II saw a full-scale refurbishment, including a state-of-the-art cooking suite, a walk-in chiller and freezer, a dedicated prep area, and a new pick-up point, streamlining operations for high-capacity events.

The result is a modern, high-performance kitchen that supports seamless service at this historic venue.
